Recirculated - DMS Billet Catch Can With Press In Valve Cover Fittings and Braided Lines 09-15 CTS-V
Dedicated Motorsports brings you a simple yet effective bolt on catch can for the 09-15 CTS-V. Due to the mounting location, this catch can can be used for just about any supercharger or turbo setup.
This kit utilizes your choice of valve cover fittings, our stainless -8an press in (good for up to ~700hp) or our -10an drill and press fittings requiring you to drill out the OEM PCV with a 9/16 drill bit. These fittings are designed to retain the functionality of the factory valve cover baffles. As a result, your catch can will fill up slower and the oil stays where it belongs. This catch can does not use a vacuum source so there's no chance of oil vapor returning to the very place we're trying to keep it away from. All lines come pre-assembled, install time is about 2-3 hours depending on skill level.
Options Explained:
- Breather Filter or Recirculated: The standard kit will come with a breather filter mounted on top of the catch can. While this offers the best flow it may also contribute to oil vapor smells. The recirculated version will come with a threaded top and low profile X2 -12an breather fittings, with enough hose to route the exiting air over to your air intake box. While this is more expensive, requires hose assembly and drilling a hole in your air box, it will nearly eliminate all vapor smell. Standard Breather version can be purchased HERE
- Valve Cover Fitting Sizes: -8an fittings (Up to about 700-800hp) only require the removal of the PCV barb fittings and the DMS stainless fitting will press into the pre-existing hole. The -10an fittings (Good for over 800Hp) since these are larger fittings they require the PCV holes to be drilled out to 9/16, an optional drill bit can be provided for this task.
