Polaris Pro R Billet Oil Filler adapter and turbo oil drain port
We're not sure what Polaris was thinking when they made bed removal part of the process for adding oil to the Pro R engine. Yes, its only 4 bolts but when you have cargo back there it makes things extra annoying. We came up with an easy solution for this issue. This 6061 billet flange replaces the timing tensioner cover and allows easy filling of engine oil. We also added a 10an port to use for a turbo drain if you've added an aftermarket turbo kit.
These oil filler plates will come standard in raw billet aluminum with a thumb cap for the oil fill and a -10an hex plug installed in the turbo drain side. Install time is about 10 minutes with basic hand tools. No other modifications necessary.
NO NEED FOR A NEW O-RING, THE OEM O-RING CAN BE REUSED MANY TIMES. THE O-RING WILL STAY IN THE BLOCK AND DOES NOT NEED TO BE REMOVED. ALSO YOU WILL BE REUSING THE OEM BOLTS.
