Dedicated Motorsports brings you a bolt on replacement for the OEM plastic thermostat housing found on all Gen V LT motors. This plastic housing is prone to breakage during engine service or during the loss of a serpentine belt. To prevent this we clocked the top nipple in the same plane as the thermostat inlet. The DMS housing is CNC machined from 6061 billet aluminum and comes with a double o-ring seal to prevent leakage. Fits all L83, L86, LT1, LT4, LT5
*Due to the nature of thermostats we will not warranty the actual element. However the housing has a lifetime warranty.
