The DMS 2.2 Gallon Fender-Mounted Supercharger Coolant Expansion Tank is a complete, vehicle-specific cooling upgrade designed to substantially increase the coolant capacity of the CT5-V Blackwing's supercharger intercooler system while maintaining a clean, hidden installation.
Adding 2.2 gallons of coolant capacity significantly increases the system's thermal mass, helping slow heat soak and maintain more consistent intercooler performance during repeated pulls, spirited driving, drag racing, and track use.
Unlike universal reservoirs, the DMS Fender Tank is supplied as a complete bolt-in system with vehicle-specific mounting, pre-assembled -12AN plumbing, adapters, hardware, and our DMS fill and bleed tool.

Installation
The tank mounts securely inside the fender using three mounting points, keeping the engine bay clean while maximizing available coolant capacity.
Installation typically takes approximately 45 minutes with normal hand tools, and the fender does not need to be removed. Installation does require removal of the inner fender liner and modification/removal of a small factory plastic support to provide clearance for the reservoir.
