Terms & Conditions

By accessing or purchasing from www.dedicatedmotorsports.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

Dedicated Motorsports reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

Returns & Refunds

Most uninstalled products may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date with prior approval from Dedicated Motorsports.

IF your order qualifies for a return you must include a Return Authorization Number on your package. This will be the orginal order number you received during checkout or in your emails. Returns sent without an RA may be refused.

Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. This fee covers payment processing costs, manufacturer restocking fees, order handling, and discounted outbound shipping.

Return conditions:

Original shipping charges are non-refundable
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
All returns must be properly packaged and insured
The RA number "original order number" must be clearly included with the return
Products must be new, uninstalled, unused, and returned in original unopened and undamaged packaging

Dedicated Motorsports reserves the right to refuse any return that shows signs of:

Installation
Use
Missing components
Damaged packaging

Refused returns will be returned to the sender at the customer’s expense.

Special order items, clearance items, and discontinued products are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.

Damaged, Lost, or Missing Shipments

Customers must inspect all shipments immediately upon delivery.

Any claim for damaged, missing, or incorrect items must be reported within 5 calendar days of delivery.

If a shipment is lost or damaged during transit, Dedicated Motorsports will initiate a claim with the shipping carrier. Replacement items or refunds will not be issued until the carrier investigation is completed.

Failure to report damage or loss within the inspection period may result in the claim being denied.

Manufacturer Warranty

All products sold by Dedicated Motorsports are covered solely by the manufacturer’s warranty, if applicable.

Dedicated Motorsports does not provide any additional warranty, expressed or implied, beyond the manufacturer’s warranty.

Warranty claims must be handled directly with the manufacturer after the initial inspection period.

Installed parts are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances.

Dedicated Motorsports is not responsible for:

Labor costs
Installation costs
Vehicle downtime
Damage to vehicles or other components caused by defective products

Customers must not install or modify any part that appears damaged or defective, as doing so may void the manufacturer’s warranty.

Order Cancellations

Orders canceled before shipment may be subject to a 5% cancellation fee to cover non-refundable payment processing and administrative costs.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the standard return procedure if eligible.

Package Deals and Bundle Pricing

Orders receiving bundle or package discounts are contingent upon purchasing the full package.

If any item within a discounted package is returned or canceled:

The bundle discount will be removed
Refunds will be recalculated based on the full retail price of the items retained
Returned items may also be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%

Pricing and Website Accuracy

Dedicated Motorsports makes every effort to ensure accurate pricing and product information. However, errors may occur.

Dedicated Motorsports reserves the right to:

Correct any pricing or product description errors
Cancel orders affected by pricing or technical errors
Offer the customer the option to pay the corrected price

Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.

Shipping Policy

Dedicated Motorsports reserves the right to:

Ship orders only to the billing address associated with the payment method
Require additional identity verification for certain transactions
Cancel orders that appear fraudulent or suspicious

Delivery dates provided by carriers are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Dedicated Motorsports is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Product Use and Installation Disclaimer

All products sold by Dedicated Motorsports are used and installed at the buyer’s own risk.

Dedicated Motorsports is not responsible for:

Improper installation
Improper use
Mechanical failure resulting from installation
Vehicle damage resulting from installation or use

Customers are responsible for ensuring that purchased products are compatible with their vehicle and comply with local regulations.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dedicated Motorsports shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

Loss of vehicle use
Loss of profits
Labor costs
Towing costs
Rental vehicles
Installation or removal costs

Dedicated Motorsports’ total liability shall never exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

Order Refusal and Cancellation

Dedicated Motorsports reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for reasons including but not limited to:

Product availability
Pricing errors
Suspected fraud
Regulatory restrictions

Orders may also be refused or canceled if products cannot legally be shipped to certain states due to state or local regulations.

Intellectual Property

All product images, logos, trademarks, and descriptions displayed on this website are the property of their respective manufacturers and are used with permission or under fair use.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

By completing a purchase, customers agree to contact Dedicated Motorsports to resolve any issue prior to initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Unauthorized chargebacks for orders that comply with these Terms & Conditions may be disputed and may result in the customer being responsible for additional administrative, collection, and legal fees where permitted by law.

Off-Road / Racing Use Disclaimer

Certain products sold by Dedicated Motorsports may be intended for off-road or racing use only and may not be legal for use on public roads in certain states or jurisdictions.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that any products purchased comply with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations regarding vehicle equipment and emissions compliance.

Dedicated Motorsports makes no representation or guarantee that any product sold is legal for use on public highways. By purchasing such products, the customer acknowledges that they are responsible for verifying legal compliance before installation or use.

Dedicated Motorsports shall not be held responsible for any fines, penalties, failed inspections, or legal consequences resulting from the installation or use of any product sold.

Vehicle Fitment Responsibility

While Dedicated Motorsports makes every effort to provide accurate product descriptions and fitment information, the customer is ultimately responsible for verifying compatibility with their specific vehicle before purchasing.

Vehicle modifications, model variations, and manufacturer changes may affect product compatibility.

Dedicated Motorsports is not responsible for incorrect fitment due to customer error, vehicle modifications, or incorrect vehicle information provided at the time of purchase.

Products that do not fit due to these circumstances are subject to the standard return policy and restocking fees, if eligible for return.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising from purchases made through www.dedicatedmotorsports.com shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any legal action or proceeding related to purchases made through this website shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located within the State of Texas, and customers consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

Emissions Compliance Disclaimer

Performance and aftermarket parts may affect emissions compliance and may not be legal for use on pollution-controlled vehicles in certain states.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure compliance with EPA, CARB, and other applicable emissions regulations.

Dedicated Motorsports does not guarantee that any product sold complies with emissions regulations in all jurisdictions.
