Our friends over at MotoIQ have a Z51 C7 and claim that it’s not rare to see the vehicle (in ideal conditions) hit temperatures around 220-230 degrees, in turn, sending the car into limp mode. We teamed up with them to put our high-performance radiator through its paces. Tested on the track in 100-degree Central California heat, the C7’s coolant temperature never exceeded 208 degrees.
Featuring CSF’s exclusive B-Tube Technology and multi-louvered fins, our “drop-in fit” radiator’s larger core size increases heat dissipation by roughly 15% over stock. Not only is it larger than OE, its all-aluminum design is more durable, easy to install and, of course, more efficient.
- 2 Row, 52mm Core Featuring CSF’s Exclusive B-Tube Technology
- 8mm Fin Height w/ Multi-Louvered Design for Maximum Surface Area Contact
- Triple-Pass Flow Structure for Lowest Possible Coolant Output Temperatures
- Individually Leak and Pressure Tested
- CNC Machined Brackets and Fittings for Superb Fit and Durability
- Integrated All-Aluminum Race-Style Bleeder Screws
- Smooth Satin Finish
- “Drop-in Fit” for Easy Installation

Extremely pleased with my results so far.
I have a 2016 ZO6. Temps would very easily broach 230 and even 240+ with enthusiastic driving. The dealerships (2) keep telling me those are acceptable and it's ok that the fan runs excessively after turning the car off.. I don't really give a rats tail what they say, nor if those temps are within standard. Those Temps are way to high for my comfort. I felt like I had to nurse the car everywhere I went. My solution was four part; 1. Install this CSF C7Z Triple Pass Radiator, 2. Install a new Coolant Temperature Sensor, 3. Install a 180* Thermostat, 4. Install a 2 gallon Intercooler reservoir tank to help cool the Supercharger. - Today was my first day driving the car with this configuration and I was AMAZED at the results! In my 140 mile trip today (no others were endangered in this testing) I experienced the following; - Highway speeds 80+ (100 miles) the car was very very stable at 1a 85 degree temp. - High speeds (off public roads) 142 mph / 142 mph / 152 mph / 134 mph ... Temps would peak at 190 / 190 / 192 & 190, the drop back to 185 within seconds of letting up. - Installation isn't a breeze, but read the Moto IQ install project (https://motoiq.com/project-c7-corvette-stingray-keeping-it-track-cool-with-csf/2/). - Anyone with good mechanical sense can accomplish installation with patience. If I can do it, you can too. - There is no doubt that this C7Z Triple Pass Radiator is a MAJOR part of my solution. Given this is only day 1, but so far I am ecstatic with the results! At this point, I highly recommend it to any ZO6 owner. Good Luck David G.
